ONE Conference 2026
Get ready for ONE Conference 2026, the national conference of Elim Church New Zealand. Hosted at Elim Christian Centre Botany Campus, this is a gathering for pastors, leaders, families, young people, and Elim church members from across the nation to come together in faith, worship, and expectation.
Come expectant for all God wants to do… exceedingly, abundantly, above all we could ask, think, or imagine.

With powerful adult, youth, and kids sessions, ONE Conference is designed for every generation to encounter God, be equipped for the future, and build lasting connection with the wider Elim family. Featuring keynote speaker Shane Willard, we believe this will be a significant and faith-filled week as we gather around the 2026 theme: Exceedingly Abundantly.

Shane is from Charleston, SC (USA), and has been in full-time ministry for over 20 years. He began working in full-time ministry as a youth pastor of a small church. Since that time, Shane has held multiple pastoral positions at various sized churches. Shane now ministers full time in America, Europe, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. With degrees in both clinical psychology and theology, Shane is known for being an informative, brilliant and humorous communicator.
Shane is mentored by a pastor with rabbinical training, and teaches the context of the Scriptures from a Hebraic perspective. This perspective helps people to see God’s Word in a completely new way and leads them into a more intimate relationship with the Messiah, Jesus Christ.
ONE Conference 2025
ONE Conference 2025 looked a little different, a special gathering designed just for our pastors! Hosted in Wellington, it was a powerful and intimate time of connection, refreshing, and vision for those leading across Elim Churches in New Zealand.
Over the weekend, pastors came together as one family; worshipping, praying, and leaning into what God is doing across our nation. It was a space filled with encouragement, laughter, and Holy Spirit moments that reminded us why we do what we do.
We were privileged to hear from incredible guest speakers Mark Varughese, Tak Bhana and Mark Ryan, who brought timely and faith-stirring messages that challenged and inspired us to keep leading with courage and vision.
Pastors left refreshed, united, and ready to take what God is doing in their hearts back to their churches and communities.
